The Story

This art print was created in celebration of Ana Blandiana’s French tour, bringing together three volumes of translated poetry: Poèmes résistants, Poèmes amoureux, and Poèmes méditatifs.

The illustration captures the spirit of the hora: an ancient circular dance where no one leads and no one follows, where meaning is born in the space between bodies in motion. Three figures, endlessly intertwined, mirroring the way poetry moves through us: resistant, tender, and quietly profound.
